Six more post offices in Bekasi

BEKASI (JP): The Bekasi Post and Telecommunications Office will soon open six more post offices in six villages in an effort to improve service to the public, especially for people living in rural areas.

Bekasi regent Moch. Jamhari said that at the moment the Bekasi Post Office still has difficulty in delivering letters addressed to many places located deep in the villages.

"Although we already have two Post and Giro offices, 36 small post offices and six village post offices, we still receive a lot of complaints from people regarding our service," he said.

Jamhari made the remarks when installing the new Bekasi Post and Giro chief, Azar Sohinun recently. (12/bas)
