Simple map on Jakarta published

Gunther W. Holtorf, a map maker from Germany, has published a
simple map of Jakarta focusing on the central part of the city.
Other parts of the city, such as South Jakarta, are shown in less
detail.

The two-page map also diagrams the new toll roads and names of
new buildings along the city's main thoroughfares.

Telephone numbers of hotels, foreign embassies, airlines and
