Siemens after sales service
I bought a Siemens M35i three months ago in Roxy Mas,
it's new and has a guarantee card. In the second month, it often
turned off by itself. It never was dropped, or got wet. One day
the battery was suddenly depleted although I had just charged it
the night before for two hours. I went to the PT Dian Graha
Service Center in Butik Ponsel, Sudirman. They admitted that
there was something wrong with the main board. They
promised to fix it in a month without any compensation or
exchanging it with a new unit during this one month waiting
period.
As a customer, I feel disappointed because I have been left in
the lurch. I don't have any quick and reliable means of
communication for one month. I thought by choosing a great name
like Siemens, I could have a more reliable mobile phone and good
after-sales service but it turns out that I was wrong. I want PT
Dian Graha to be responsible for its products and the service to
the customers.
