Sheraton Media Hotel's ownership

JAKARTA (JP): One of the owners of the Sheraton Media Hotel in
Central Jakarta, Surya Paloh, denied media reports that the hotel
was partly owned by former president Soeharto's family.

Paloh said yesterday that the reports were inaccurate and gave
the hotel a bad image.

"They reports have not been thoroughly checked and are
bordering on being libelous," he said.

He stressed that the 18-story hotel belonged to PT Grahasahari
Suryajaya, which is 75 percent owned by PT Bakti Citra Daya and
25 percent by the city administration. (ind)
