Seminar on ice cream

JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian Nutrition Association in
cooperation with the Ministry of Health and PT Unilever will
jointly organize a one-day seminar on ice cream.

The seminar will be held at the World Trade Center, Jakarta,
on Aug. 5.

A number of nutrition experts will speak at the seminar. Among
the speakers are Muryati Sihombing, the chairperson of the
association, Dr. Muhilal and Dr. Waluyo S. Soerjodibroto.

The seminar is being held primarily to wipe out misleading
impressions prevailing among some people about the consumption of
ice cream. (raw)
