Searchers look for more 'Amami' victims

KENDARI/AMBON: Search and rescue teams from Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, are still looking for 12 crew members and two passengers of the ship Amami, which capsized on Friday in the Banda Sea.

In the Maluku capital of Ambon, bad weather forced search and rescue teams in the city to cancel plans to join in the search for Amami victims.

The head of search and rescue at the Ambon Port Authority, Abraham J. Lesnusa, said the waves in the Banda Sea reached five meters in height. -- JP
