Referring to Redy Syahrir Akbar's letter, we would like to point out that SCTV: 1. In principle endeavors to present in-depth views and facts on an event. For the purpose we also invite an observer or the person involved to our studio for an interview. Our interviewer tries in an optimum way to present the views, replies and observations of the interviewee. 2. As for the style of the interviewer: it is the general style of most journalists. Due to the in-depth analysis, the approach zeros in on the subject matter, avoiding going around in circles. This is nothing new in the journalistic world in general, especially in television. Perhaps in Indonesia only SCTV's Liputan 6 has used it so far.
