School of corruption
Given the extent and depth of corruption in Indonesia and its recognition as the world's most corrupt country, I believe it would be appropriate to establish a new scientific discipline called "The science of corruption ala Indonesia." Expert scholars (indigenous or foreign) should study in depth the causes, motives, methods, whereabouts of ill-gotten wealth and responsible parties. This will hopefully discourage people from acting in a corrupt manner.
Expert should also investigate what countries are the preferred safe havens for the ill-gotten gains of corruption.
I realize this is an unusual idea, but not as unusual as proposing the study of sorcery in a school of law. The question is who will stand up and establish the science of corruption as a university subject.
