Scholarship for poor children

From Neraca

Every new academic year many parents complain about the lack of funds for their children's schooling. A lot of money is required to finance the educational needs of a child.

To enter a new school, the parents are required to pay for entrance fees, school uniforms and school equipment, not to mention some compulsory contributions that are imposed by the school. In this case, the regulation is different from one school to another.

Under these circumstances many poor parents are unable to send their children to school, although the children are bright enough to further their studies.

I would like to suggest to the government and private institutions to extend their scholarship programs to include bright children from economically weak parents in the society, instead of only giving the scholarships to the employees' children.
