Savor foie gras at Margaux

For those who have a craving for foie gras, it is time to come to Margaux, a fine dining restaurant at Shangri-La, to enjoy the food from Nov. 15 through Nov. 30.

The menu is served in appetizers like cube of foie gras mosaic with onion jam and fried blackberries, pan-fried foie gras with glazed mango, peppered pineapple, fried chili and onion with toasted gingerbread.

The main course is Ballontine of chicken with golden raisins, baby spinach and mushrooms on butterscotch potatoes and foie gras sauce and confit of duck foie gras pie on green bean cassoulet with parsnip and bleu cheese sauce.
