Satelindo's so-called service

On Feb. 12, I was attending a reception and wanted to meet a friend later in the evening at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. I tried to contact my friend with my mobile phone when I realized that they had blocked my phone.

Not only did I miss meeting my friend, but I was also unable to make some other important calls. The next day my secretary found out that Satelindo blocked my phone even though they failed to send me a bill, which meant I was unable to settle my account.

Would it not be proper to contact customers if their bills have not been paid? If you did this, you might find out that the shortcoming was on your side.

Until now, I still have not received my bill for December 2003 or January 2004, which I had to pay anyway in order to unblock my phone. A Satelindo customer service employee promised to send me a fax of the bills before I paid them, but we never received the fax.
