Satelindo's Matrix

Satelindo recently launched the Matrix card, a more sophisticated SIM card, which can store more data than its predecessor.

This latest card is available for new subscribers as well as existing subscribers. Unfortunately, existing subscribers are not directly provided with the new card as a replacement but instead have to queue for a new one. So existing subscribers must go to Satelindo's designated office, queue, fill in the forms, just like new subscribers.

It is a waste of time because Satelindo could simply send the new SIM card to its subscribers to replace the old ones. Queuing at Satelindo sometimes takes a whole day.
