Satelindo snags

It is nice to have Satelindo Direct outlets in Jakarta since their prices of cellular phones are very cheap compared to other retail hand phone outlets in Jakarta. But I wish to comment on a few drawbacks of your retail outlets.

Satelindo Direct has advertised a couple of times in The Jakarta Post regarding a special offer on Ericsson, Nokia and Motorola hand phones; believe me, the prices were really very cheap. I decided to buy the Motorola 8700 series. I visited one of the Satelindo outlets in Jakarta. But to my surprise when I got there, the lady at the sales counter told me that they still had not received the stock for the Motorola 8700 series.

I left the place thinking they might have the stock in another one or two days. But since then I have checked with them a dozen of times over the past two weeks, and they still do not have the stock.

Please try to clarify if possible:

1. If you people do not have stock for a particular hand phone, what on earth makes you advertise that product?

2. If you advertise a product like the Motorola 8700 series when in fact you do not have it in stock, please make sure all your employees at the Satelindo Direct outlets have some idea of when the particular model will be available for sale, since most of your retail outlets had no idea about this.

3. To have a good reputation and name it is very necessary for you to have good customer service apart from the cheap price factor. And I am very sorry to say that few of your outlets that I have visited really care much for their valuable customers. Anyway, best of luck, and I hope to see some good changes in the near future.
