Samator, DLLAJ keep winning
JAKARTA (JP): Surabaya-based Samator continued its winning streak on Wednesday, the third day of the second leg of the 2000 Samator Indonesian Volleyball League (Livoli), at the Senayan Basketball Hall, Central Jakarta.
Losing the opening game, Samator beat DPPK of Jakarta 24-26, 25-21, 25-22, 25-22 for total points of 99-91 in the men's division.
Also continuing its winning streak was Bandung-based DLLAJ, easily beating Perhutani 25-14, 25-18, 25-19, for total points of 75-51.
Bank BNI turned things about to beat Yuso 23-25, 26-28, 25-23, 25-23, 16-14.
In the women's division, Bank BNI found no challenge as it defeated Popsivo 25-8, 25-14, 25-17 for 75-39 total points.
Meanwhile, PLN also easily beat Yuso 25-12, 25-23, 25-17 for total points of 75-52.
Gresik-based Petrogres had to work hard before beating the Indonesian Military (TNI) Headquarters 26-24, 17-25, 21-25, 25- 21, 15-8. (nvn)
