SAFEGUARDING THE LOGS: An Indonesian sailor guards a pile of illegal logs seized from the ship Bravery Falcon, which was apprehended in Sorong waters, Papua, on Dec. 9 last year. The ship is currently in the custody of the Navy's military police, headquartered in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

MAJALENGKA LANDSLIDE: Children of Wanahayu and Citando villages in Majalengka regency, West Java, view their ruined homes following a landslide. Officials said on Monday that at least four people died and another was injured after the disaster hit the villages on Sunday evening.
