Romanian embassy mourns victims

INDONESIA: In memory of the eight Romanians killed in the deadly Madrid bombings, the Embassy of Romania in Jakarta observed a mourning day on Sunday and will make a condolence book available for the public at its office on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Romanian government declared Sunday as a National Mourning Day in memory of Romanian victims and as a sign of solidarity with the Spanish people, the embassy said in a press release sent to The Jakarta Post on Monday.

The embassy is located on Jl. Teuku Cik Ditiro, 42A, Menteng, South Jakarta.

The bomb attacks on three railway stations in Madrid on Thursday killed 200 people and injured nearly 1,500.
