Road rage receivables

LONDON: You have to hand it to the British. They still manage a degree of ceremony about everything.

In its latest move the British government has just announced that it will appoint road managers so motorists can direct their traffic complaints to a specific person.

Motorists wishing to complain, and we expect they'll be quite a few, can phone a number that will be signposted along specific roads. Along with the number, there will also be a picture and name of the relevant road manager. Poor sod.
