Rights trial

Correction: The founder of the National Commission for Missing
People and Victims of Violence (Kontras), Munir, should have been
quoted as saying in the article titled "Megawati advised to
'avoid' rights trial" that appeared in the July 26, 2001 edition
of The Jakarta Post that he was skeptical of the new government's
efforts to bring to court past human rights violations. We regret
the misinterpretation.
