RI in tough group in futsal meet

JAKARTA: Indonesia is drawn against favorite Argentina and
Japan at the KL World 5s, an international futsal tournament,
which began in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Tuesday.

Twelve teams, divided into four groups, feature in the
US$150,000 tournament. Other teams come from Brazil, Uruguay,
Iran, Guatemala, Thailand, Uzbekistan, England, South Africa and
Malaysia, a media statement said Tuesday.

Aired live on ESPN Star Sports, the matches, which will run
until Sunday at the Putra Indoor Stadium in Bukit Jalil, are
expected to draw 57 million television viewers in 25 Asian
