RI engineers form think tank
JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian Engineers Association has established an industrial and technology think tank to help promote the use of technology.
The Center for Technology and Industry Development (CTID), formed in cooperation with Teknologi magazine, was launched in Jakarta on Friday.
The center's head of the board of directors, G.M Tampubolon, said the center's activities would cover the development of information technology, research on technology innovations, organizing seminars and conferences on technology and disseminating publications of its research and studies to the public.
