Retrospective of Dutch film maker

JAKARTA: The Erasmus Huis is presenting the works of
documentary filmmaker and photographer Johan van der Keuken, from
Thursday to Sunday.

Keuken, who died last year at the age of 62, is regarded by
many critics as one of the leading film and photo documentarian
of the 20th century. In 1999 he received a lifetime achievement
award at the San Francisco International Film Festival and in
2000 he received the prestigious Dutch Bert Haanstra Award for
his complete works. --JP
