Reducing the heat over stove issue

We would like to comment on Robert C. Miller's letter Customer service or lip service (June 3).

We appreciate your comments as it has been our philosophy to service our customers at the highest level possible. Apparently, you only received the Indonesian version of the manual and not the English version, which clearly indicates the temperature conversion for each number. We have many stove models with different temperature conversions.

The manual inside each stove clearly stipulates the temperature conversion. The stove you purchased is equipped with an automatic thermostat, which has been tested and passed a quality control mechanism before the product left the factory. The automatic thermostat will regulate the temperature to the factory set level. This will eliminate the need for a traditional thermometer. The correct cooking time and a correct recipe are equally important to perfect ones' cooking.
