Red-light district to turn into cemetery

JAKARTA: The North Jakarta administration will soon relocate
sex workers from the Kali Malang area in Cilincing and convert
the location into a public cemetery.

Mayor Effendi Anas said recently that his administration
needed to expand the existing cemetery.

"The sex workers will be sent to the city's rehabilitation
center," he said. -- JP
