Receiver reports Prudential lawyer

JAKARTA: Court appointed receiver Yuhelson filed a complaint with
the Jakarta Police for defamation against PT Prudential Life
Assurance lawyer Ricardo Simanjuntak on Wednesday.

The receiver reported Ricardo over the latter's remark in the
media in the past week that Yuhelson was not a legitimate
receiver and might not have the relevant experience, therefore he
was not competent enough to safeguard the assets of the company,
which was declared bankrupt by the commercial court last month.

"We refute the allegation, and we have reported him to the
Jakarta Police," Yuhelson said in a release. -- JP
