Ray, Plus Point tie up

JAKARTA (JP): Australian brokerage firm Ray White Estate and
Indonesian Plus Point Club have agreed to set up a joint venture
housing brokerage company here, called PT Ray Propertindo.

The company said yesterday that the joint venture would tap
the rapidly growing Indonesian housing market.

The company estimated that Indonesia would need at least one
million houses per year.

"This growing market obviously needs highly professional
marketing staff, the very resources which will be provided by
Ray Propertindo," the company added. (aly)
