Quoting an interviewee

This is in response to Kate Irani's letter dated Sept. 15, 1999.

1. Less sexual inhibition does not a sex fiend make.

2. Mrs. Irani was a very enthusiastic interviewee. How else would I be able to get her name, origin, age, etc.? It's a bit ingenuous to offer information to a reporter with a notebook in her hand and then expect not to be quoted.

Mrs. Irani unabashedly answered questions about her sex life, even joking to her friend that I might put it all down in the article, before giving me details about herself. This was witnessed by several people at the studio, including Roy Tobing.
