Quality service vital

We have for some time talking about improving our competitiveness in terms of increasing productivity of workers and work efficiency.

Now we need to scale a new height -- to strive for excellence in quality. In addition to constantly improving the quality of our products, we must also strive for excellence in the management of human resources, the quality in the management of human resources, the quality of workers and in customer service.

Many are of the view that the quality of our workers in the service sector lags behind standards in the manufacturing industry. We should remedy the situation.

If we can provide first--class quality service, tourists will still be drawn here despite the fact that things here have become more expensive.
