Qantas service

In the middle of last May, my family and I went on vacation to Australia and New Zealand. As several of my friends and relatives live there, I took some gifts for them.

On May 15, we flew from the Gold Coast to Auckland by Qantas QF 415 and QF 43, stopping over in Sydney. When we reached Sydney, we were transferred from the domestic terminal to the international terminal. While in transit, we realized that we had left behind one of the gifts we had prepared for our friend in Auckland at the airport on the Gold Coast.

I was very disappointed because I had prepared this gift for my friend and looked forward to giving him a surprise. I immediately contacted the Qantas counter at the airport for help, but they said it would be difficult to locate the goods. And once we entered the international transit lounge, we were not allowed to exit. So I called my relative who lives in Sydney and asked him to help me by calling the local Qantas office. Within half an hour, he returned my call and said Qantas was sending the goods to Auckland.

I was somewhat relieved and very delighted when I reached the airport in Auckland and the gift was found among the luggage.

I would like to thank Qantas for its excellent service , and highly appreciate their efficiency and responsibility. This experience has given me confidence in the airline's credibility.
