Qantas names new manager
JAKARTA (JP): Australian air carrier Qantas Airways has appointed Philip Hood as new airport manager to run Qantas' airport operations in Indonesia.
The company said Hood's main role would be maintaining safety and service standards and working with local authorities to ensure that all parties benefit from the airline's services.
Qantas flies direct six times a week from Jakarta to Sydney and two times a week to Perth.
It also has flights from Denpasar four times a week to Melbourne, Perth and Singapore; three times a week to Darwin and Sydney and once a week to Brisbane.
In addition, Qantas also flies direct from Jakarta to Singapore six times a week. (cst)
