Pudjiadi's net profit up

JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed PT Pudjiadi & Sons Estate posted
a net profit of Rp 2.38 billion (US$1.01 million) last year, an
increase of 3.8 percent over the previous year.

The company said in a statement Saturday that the firm's total
sales surged by 6.6 percent to Rp 35.5 billion.

According to the statement, the company will pay a dividend of
Rp 40 per share.

The company president Lukman Pudjiadi said that in
anticipation of increasingly tougher competition in the future,
his company would renovate its hotels and improve its human
