Public telephone booth damaged

From Suara Karya

The development of communication facilities and the increasing number of coin or card-operated public telephones have been a great help to the society in terms of efficiency.

But it is deplorable that many users of the facilities have caused damage to the devices and left them malfunctioning--a situation very annoying to other users.

I would like to suggest that the Telecommunication Company carefully consideration the locations where the booths are installed. Besides their strategic value, the locations chosen should be near security posts, offices, hospitals, etc.

To those who intentionally or unintentionally damaged the telephone devices, I would like to appeal to them to realize that some day, they may need the telephone service immediately. So let us all do and behave in such a way that the public telephones will always be in good shape and function properly.
