Referring to the letter from Ms. Yoshi Nuhayati of Taman
Palem Lestari Blok AG No.11 (The Jakarta Post, April 10, 2001, No
tap water) we would like to give the following clarification.

Currently, we have an ongoing pipeline networking project in
Daan Mogot to improve the flow of water in this area and expect
to complete it by July 2001.

We apologize for the inconvenience occurring during the work.
However, while we are finalizing the work, as a temporary
solution you may contact us at (021) 579 86 555 to request
emergency water deliveries without charge. We hope the situation
will improve afterwards.
