PT Jamsostek director questioned

JAKARTA: President director of state-owned social security company PT Jamsostek was questioned by the city police on Tuesday in connection with his alleged role in a Rp 18.5 billion (US$2 million) corruption case.

The questioning of Ahmad Djunaidi started at around 10 a.m. and lasted for about two and a half hours, Antara reported.

The case centered on the purchase of 1,200 square meters of land located on Jl. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, and the construction of Jamsostek Tower Building on the plot. --JP
