PSP to pay dividends

JAKARTA (JP): The shareholders of a publicly-listed property
company, PT Putra Surya Perkasa, approved yesterday the
distribution of final dividends of Rp 100 (4 U.S. cents) per
share, totaling Rp 99 billion.

The company said it will use its retained earnings to pay the
dividends because its net profit for 1995 was only Rp 56 billion,
as compared to Rp 67 billion in 1994.

The company also said its shareholders endorsed a plan to
increase the company's authorized capital from one billion shares
to 3.5 billion, each with a nominal value of Rp 1,000. (alo)
