Prudential's Q3 income over Rp1b

JAKARTA: PT Prudential Life Assurance reported a premium income of Rp 1.10 billion (US$121,452) for this year's third quarter, up 67 percent from Rp 663 billion in the same period last year.

The company, a subsidiary of UK-based Prudential Plc. financial services, also increased its income from new businesses by 63 percent to Rp 688 billion, from last year's Rp 422 billion.

Its investment doubled to Rp 2.2 trillion, and Prudential maintained its RBC at 584 percent from the required 120 percent. -- JP
