Promoting business

I refer to the article entitled APEC meet will offer risks,
rewards by Larry Pintak in The Jakarta Post of June 2, 1994,
which makes some very valid points.

Your readers may be interested to learn that the Enteos
Bankers & Industrialists Club has recently started an initiative
to promote Indonesia and its business to the world during and
around the coming APEC summit.

In line with the Club's stated Social Mission ("To contribute
to Indonesia's competitiveness in the global market place"), we
have invited our Boards of Governors and Advisers and our
Governors Council to join a committee to develop plans and
programs aimed at providing information, practical assistance and
hospitality to the visiting media and raise funds for these
activities and programs.

The objective of this program is to showcase Indonesia in the
best possible light, especially during the weeks that Indonesia
will be intensively in the world media's spotlight.

Although a Club initiative, we also welcome participation and
support from other Companies and individuals.
