Program guide

Around the 10th of each month for the last six months, I have called Indovision (PT Matahari Lintas Cakrawala) to obtain their program guide. Earlier this month, I resisted the temptation just to see how late they would deliver the guide. It is interesting to note that, although the month of July is almost past, I am yet to receive the program guide.

Is it not ironic that the agents of the media, which is transforming the world with instant news coverage, are still living in yesteryear?

Their billing department has a policy to shut down our decoder should we be even a day late in settling our account. What sanctions should be imposed upon them now?

If Indovision's management cannot make PT Matahari Lintas Cakrawala's staff deliver the requisite services, they should tender their resignations.
