Principal's health policy

JAKARTA (JP): Insurance company Principal Indonesia launched
on Thursday its new health policy, the Principal Sehat Sejahtera
(PSS).

The company's managing director, F. Doug Rasmussen, said in a
statement the new product was a supplement to Principal's pension
fund and insurance products.

"The product was launched to fulfill the increasing needs of
health insurance programs," he said.

He said people have become more aware about the importance of
having health insurance since health care and medical costs had
increased recently.

PSS offers various benefits, including dental benefits,
maternity benefits and hospital costs in Singapore. (cst)
