Primitive music

Town Square was turning into a nightmare. On June 19 in the morning before dawn I was awakened by an unbelievably loud noise. I found out that next door at the Town Square some people were trying to produce a type of "music" you usually relate to bush people. It seemed to me the "band" was using about 1,000 drums beating in your head continuously for hours.

I originally was confident that the management of Town Square would find ways to satisfy neighbors with respect to noise levels in our area and also to keep down air pollution to an acceptable level. Unfortunately nothing happened so far.

This is a primitive behavior and cannot be tolerated by your neighbors! If you believe we are living in a Banana Republic I will try very hard to prove otherwise!
