Price of coffee at Dunkin Donuts

There is a price difference when you buy a cup of coffee with and without milk at Dunkin Donuts. This information can be seen clearly on the price list. I always specifically ask for black coffee, but the waitress always charges me the price of coffee with milk.

When I say something about it, they never hesitate to say all kinds of lies to cover it up. I couldn't say it happens at all Dunkin Donuts, but it does happen at all Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, as if all the waitresses were trained to do that.

Their intention to deliberately cheat customers is very regrettable. But I can ask the management of Dunkin Donuts to ask their conscience whether this "cheating policy" is the right thing to do.
