Praying for Kabelvision

The relentless unprofessional and inept conduct of Kabelvision never ceases to amaze, indeed even frightens me. My account -- 149679, with Kabelvision was terminated in December 2002, at least I believed so. Since then, Kabelvision persists in sending bills, along with the magazine guide to my residence even though the service has been disconnected for more than two months.

When the infamous Kabelvision Customer Care Hotline staff are asked for an explanation they reply by demanding yet again a faxed cancellation letter signed by me. So far I have faxed, emailed, telephoned and prayed to this establishment, and nothing works.

So now I want Kabelvision to stop their service to us and do not want their staff to keep telephoning our house again.
