JAKARTA (JP): The Attorney General's Office questioned business tycoon, Prajogo Pangestu, for the third time on Monday over his alleged involvement in a corruption case in a timber estate project in South Sumatra.

Prajogo, accompanied by his lawyers Denny Kailimang and Rudy Lontoh, said that he was questioned over the embezzlement by PT Musi Hutan Persada (MHP), which allegedly caused the state Rp 331 billion in financial losses, Antara reported.

Prajogo, was also accused of taking part in the embezzlement of Rp 1.7 trillion in a project carried out by PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (BPUI).

The Attorney General's Office had earlier questioned a number of former high-ranking officials, including Ali Wardhana, JB Sumarlin and Andrianus Mooy.
