Power outages

Prior to the APEC conference the PLN (State-owned electricity
company) expended a not inconsiderable sum of money which was
supposedly in support of the conference, or was it to mask their
own inefficiency. I suspect it depends on one's opinion.

As a domestic consumer I would remind them of the following
outages suffered during this period: Thursday, Nov. 10 evening,
Friday, Nov. 11 night, Saturday, Nov. 12 evening, Monday, Nov. 14
morning, Monday, Nov. 14 evening, Tuesday, Nov. 15 night.

However the main reason for this letter is to congratulate
them on their search for efficiency, they would appear to have
made progress having just read my meter for the first time in
over a year.
