On July 18, 2001, I sent a money order of Rp 150,000 from the
post office in Bogor, West Java, to my parents Hj. Rosdiana S of
Jl Tangkahan Batu No. 166, Sigara-gara village, Patumbak, Medan,
North Sumatra.

I have used the money order service of PT Pos Indonesia (the
state-owned postal service company) several times and my parents
have always received it safely at the latest two weeks after I
sent the money. This time, the money order (receipt number:
16000-01/01/0010311), which I sent over a month ago, has not been
received by my parents.

Where has my money order gone? I hope PT Pos Indonesia can
clarify the matter.
