Poor Telkom Flexi service

Telkom Flexi offers poor service with no signs of improvement. Two or three months after I started using Telkom Flexi, the service was cut off without notice. After I sent letters to newspapers, the service was resumed.

Two months ago, a Telkom officer called, asking me to pay Flexi service fees through a BCA ATM or a Telkom counter. I said I would settle the fees after receiving my bill. He explained that Telkom had a problem with the courier firm delivering the bills and suggested that I pay the fees first to avoid any fines.

I insisted on demanding the bill's delivery first, despite the risk of being subjected to fines. However, Telkom should not impose any fines because the payment delay is due to its own mismanagement in dispatching Flexi bills.

Several days after the call, the Telkom Flexi service I had was halted and up to the present it has remained unconnected. My bill has not arrived either.

By depriving me of service, Telkom itself has actually suffered a loss because with the disconnection, I have finally decided to discontinue my Flexi service.

It makes me wonder what problem Telkom is really facing in issuing my Flexi service bill, whether it has lost its data on customers' use or encountered other difficulties as yet unresolved.
