Poor service, again!

As a loyal customer of Kabelvision, I paid my monthly fee, which was recently increased by 22 percent, but this is no guarantee of service.

On Jan. 28, after heavy rains, Kabelvision broadcasts were out of action in the Kebayoran Baru area continuously from 4 p.m. A number of calls to "Customer Care" followed, with various blandishments from Pak Rendra to retune our TV to Channel 2 and TVRI and all would be well. No such luck!

Any further phone calls to Kabelvision's "Customer Care" were answered by a click, silence, and then disconnection. Great service!
