Poor connections

Starco Pager's service has been disappointing in the past month. The difficulty contacting Starco's operator concerns my colleague and I. To contact the operator we have to wait for one hour. This often means the staff cannot get to their work site on time.

I understand that Starco aims to send consumer's messages quickly and accurately. So why does it take such a long time to reach the operator? We always pay our fees on time, fearing that our device will be blocked. The only answer Starco could give for the poor service was that a disturbance had occurred.

On June 5 at about 11:20 we had the same problem -- difficulty trying to connect with the operator. This meant our colleagues were late to work.

I request an explanation from Starco for their poor service.
