Police technology expo at PTIK

JAKARTA (JP): The National Police will hold a four-day
exhibition on police technology at its College of Police Sciences
(PTIK) in South Jakarta next month.

PTIK Governor Maj. Gen. Nomo Kelam said over the weekend that
the Sept. 15 to 18 exhibition will present past and current
equipment used by the Indonesian police.

A number of private companies will also take part in the
exhibition by displaying products and services used by foreign
and local police.

During the exhibition, dozens of Indonesian police vehicles,
ranging from the oldest to the latest ones, will also be
displayed, Nomo said. (bsr)
