Police name another suspect in robbery

JAKARTA: The police named on Wednesday another suspect in the
robbery on Monday that resulted in the death of Wisnani Safitri,
52, wife of the secretary-general to the finance minister.

Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Prasetyo identified this latest
suspect as Trondol, who is believed to have played a role in
selecting Wisnani for the deadly robbery.

Police also are searching for Bagong, another suspect who is
believed to have helped organize the robbery.

So far, police have arrested six suspects.

Wisnani, wife of the secretary-general at the Ministry of
Finance, Agus Haryanto, was robbed in front of her home in the
Ministry of Transportation housing complex in Rawamangun, East
Jakarta.

In the process of making off with Rp 24 million in cash, the
thieves fatally slashed Wisnani with a sickle. --JP
