Plaza Senayan facilities

In reply to Ibu Sumarsih's letter Cleanliness at Plaza Senayan published in The Jakarta Post, Sunday, June 8, 1997, we wish to offer our sincerest apologies to Ibu Sumarsih and her family for the inconvenience caused on the occasion in question. Her comments are appreciated, providing valuable feedback to customer satisfaction, which is a key management commitment as Plaza Senayan.

In keeping with this commitment, we are pleased to inform your readers that new toilet facilities have been recently constructed and opened on the first and second floors of the center, which will greatly enhance customer convenience.
